Given the current community health concerns we ask all those who visit our clinic to follow these guidelines:

  1. If you have any symptoms consistent with COVID-19, or any flu-like symptoms, please do not attend your appointment in person. Please contact your treating psychologist as soon as possible and they will organise to meet via TeleHealth;

  2. Please ensure you wash and sanitize your hands when entering the premises – hand wash, hand sanitizer, and disposable paper towel are available in the common areas of the practice;

  3. We ask that any friends or family members who may support you to get to your appointment not enter the premises (unless you are under 18 years of age). If you do require a friend or family member to wait with you please let your treating psychologist know prior to the appointment;

  4. Please maintain a 1.5 metre distance from all others in the waiting room (the waiting room is currently configured to support this so please take a seat in the allocated chair positions);

  5. TeleHealth appointments are available and your treating psychologist will discuss this option with you directly.
